I would really like to know why it is when I ask someone “What kind of anti-virus software are you running?” I get this reply “Well I think that I have Norton but it keeps asking me to pay for something.” I really wish that people were more educated about the machine that they are buying before they buy it. Sales clerks are so worried about making the sale that they miss the opportunity to inform the customer that they are only getting a trial of the software and that if you want your computer to be safe that they will need to purchase the full version or get a free Anti-virus program.
